leader.bid is a leaderboard for Southwest Florida real estate agents. Rank is what you pay — nothing else.
Why this exists
Every “top agent” list in real estate is either paid placement dressed up as an editorial pick, or a popularity contest nobody can verify. leader.bid skips the pretense: if you’re #1, it’s because you paid more than every other agent on the board to be there.
Buyers and sellers browsing agents in Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the rest of SWFL can see exactly how the ranking works, because the mechanic is the ranking.
How it works
Agents join free at $0, listed at the bottom of the board. Moving up is just raising your bid — outbid the agent above you and you take their spot. No stars, no reviews, no algorithm.
Who it's for
Licensed SWFL real estate agents who want to be the name buyers and sellers see first — not the name an algorithm decided to show them.
