Rules
leader.bid ranks Southwest Florida real estate agents by bid amount. No reviews, no lead scores, no algorithm deciding who’s “top rated.” Rank is what you pay — nothing else.
How ranking works
- •Every agent starts at $0 when they join, listed at the bottom of the board.
- •Rank is bid amount, highest first. Ties keep the order agents joined in — the earlier agent keeps the higher rank.
- •Bids only go up. The only way to move down is to get outbid.
- •Taking the #1 spot specifically requires clearing the current #1’s bid by at least $5. Slotting in anywhere else just requires beating the bid you want to rank above — no extra margin needed.
Raising your bid
- •Bid from the board — you’ll be sent to a secure checkout to pay. If checkout isn’t live yet, email hello@odysseydigital.studio instead — once payment’s received, your new amount goes on the board right away.
- •All payments are final — bids are non-refundable.
Who can list
- •Licensed real estate agents serving Southwest Florida.
- •One listing per agent, under your real name and brokerage.
- •A working phone number or email — buyers and sellers need to be able to reach you.
What’s not allowed
- •Fake or borrowed headshots, brokerage info, or contact details.
- •Listing on behalf of someone else.
- •More than one listing per agent.
After you join
- •Your listing is public immediately, at $0, at the bottom of the board. There’s no cap on how high you can bid.
